These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Localismo. Please read carefully.
By accessing or using Localismo (the Platform), you agree to these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Localismo is a local business directory allowing businesses to list, create mini-websites, and receive enquiries. Available under a free Basic plan and paid Pro and Premium plans.
Provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You are solely responsible for your listing content. Listings must be accurate and lawful. We may remove any listing that violates these terms, contains false information, or infringes third-party rights.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Platform.
The Basic plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
You agree not to: use the Platform unlawfully; submit spam; attempt unauthorised access; scrape data; impersonate others; upload malicious code; or promote illegal goods or services.
The Platform and its content are owned by Localismo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your submitted content but grant us a licence to use it.
The Platform is provided as-is without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Localismo is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Leiria, Portugal.
